Recently, the bms overseas technical service team embarked on a one-week intensive customer support mission in Indonesia. The trip focused on the installation and after-sales support for Automatic Blood Separator (ABS), with the team's professional skills and efficient actions once again demonstrating bms's steadfast commitment to its global customers.
From December 1st to 7th, the team successfully installed and commissioned a new ABS at the Surabaya BTS, working closely with the local Indonesian distributor to ensure its smooth operational launch. Subsequently, the team performed meticulous after-sales maintenance at the same site, effectively resolving previously reported technical issues and guaranteeing the equipment's optimal performance. The team then proceeded to Semarang to provide on-site service at Kariadi Hospital. Through comprehensive inspection and debugging, they promptly identified and addressed the client's operational queries, earning positive acknowledgment from the hospital and distributor.
Concluding the mission in Jakarta, the team served two key clients: South Tangerang BTS and Dharmais Hospital. In both cases, team members demonstrated rapid response and professional problem-solving capabilities, ensuring the continued efficient operation of the clients' equipment.
